Caregivers are the foundation of our business at Interim of Oakland County. Without our professional and paraprofessional staff, our agency would not be able to provide the quality care our clients have come to expect. We are committed to hiring qualified and enthusiastic staff to see to our clients’ home care needs.

Our caregivers agree to complete an application, be interviewed, agree to a criminal background check, provide a minimum of 2 references and attend orientation prior to being hired at Interim of Oakland County. Both professionals and paraprofessionals are expected to have the following documents:

Valid state driver’s license
Current automobile insurance
Current TB test with negative results
Certification/License documentation
Professionals are expected to be current with BCLS/CPR
