All employees go through a rigorous screening process that includes:
Skill Competency Exam
- Criminal Background Check
- 5 Panel Drug Screen
- Reference Verification
Both professionals and paraprofessionals are required to have the following documents:
- Valid state driver’s license
- Current automobile insurance and registration
- Current TB test with negative results
- Certification/License documentation
- Professionals are expected to be current with BCLS/CPR
